چکیده
We develop a functional calculus for d-tuples of non-commuting elements in a Banach algebra. The functions we apply are free analytic functions, that is nc functions that are bounded on certain polynomial polyhedra.

Relating Natural Deduction and Sequent Calculus for Intuitionistic Non-Commutative Linear Logic
We present a sequent calculus for intuitionistic non-commutative linear logic (INCLL), show that it satisfies cut elimination, and investigate its relationship to a natural deduction system for the logic. We show how normal natural deductions correspond to cut-free derivations, and arbitrary natural deductions to sequent derivations with cut. This gives us a syntactic proof of normalization for...
متن کاملNon commutative functional calculus: bounded operators
In this paper we develop a functional calculus for bounded operators defined on quaternionic Banach spaces. This calculus is based on the notion of slice-regularity, see [4], and the key tools are a new resolvent operator and a new eigenvalue problem. AMS Classification: 47A10, 47A60, 30G35.
متن کاملNon commutative functional calculus: unbounded operators
In a recent work, [3], we developed a functional calculus for bounded operators defined on quaternionic Banach spaces. In this paper we show how the results from [3] can be extended to the unbounded case, and we highlight the crucial differences between the two cases. In particular, we deduce a new eigenvalue equation, suitable for the construction of a functional calculus for operators whose s...
متن کاملNon-Commutative First-Order Sequent Calculus
This paper investigates a non-commutative first-order sequent calculus NCLK. For that, this paper extends a non-commutative positive fragment to a full first-order sequent calculus LK− having antecedent-grouping and no right exchange rule. This paper shows (1) NCLK is equivalent to LJ, (2) NCLK with the exchange rule is equivalent to LK, (3) LK− is equivalent to LJ, and (4) translations between...
متن کاملNormalization and sub-formula property for Lambek with product and PCMLL - Partially Commutative Multiplicative Linear Logic
This paper establishes the normalisation of natural deduction or lambda calculus formulation of Intuitionistic Non Commutative Logic — which involves both commutative and non commutative connectives. This calculus first introduced by de Groote and as opposed to the classical version by Abrusci and Ruet admits a full entropy which allow order to be relaxed into any suborder. Our result also incl...
